What we don't do is to list it on the MLS.
- We make the home available for viewing at two Open Houses on two consecutive Sundays for a 2 hour window in each case.
- All agents that are known to work with home buyers in San Ramon, and all J Rockcliff Realtors agents are notified about your home by email using a virtual brochure with video tour that promotes all of the positive features and benefits of your home together with the Guide Price and details of when it will be available to be viewed .
- The home is advertised for sale in the San Ramon Valley Times on the two consecutive Sundays that the Open Houses are held, with a display ad, stating that this is a home for sale that is NOT on the MLS and giving similar information to that distributed to the agents above.
- The potential buyers and agents all come together in the same time slots, thus creating an auction-like atmosphere.
- We review offers received a couple of days after the second Open House and negotiate a sale.
